Neuroaffirming Coaching — $85 / 50 min
Focusing on "adulting it" with a neuroaffirming lens. The world is not made for us so with this we will make you a personalized and individualized plan for goals through a neurodivergent specific lens. Supporting work towards obstacles you'd like to challenge and overcome; practical strategies tailored to your day-to-day reality; accountability and reflection; recommendations for resources; support around communication as well as identity and self-confidence - Not-to-mention the added bonus of not having to start from Square-1 by explaining your entire existence before starting.
Executive Function & Skill Building — $75 / 50 min
Hyper-focused lens on your highest-priority challenges or barriers; practical systems and strategies to go from Masking to Surpassing. Learning how to Neurotypical when you need to - The irony of not being able to executive function at times because you need to first learn executive function is an endless daunting loop, lets fix that!
Life Transition Planning — $105 / 75 min
Geared towards finding homeostasis and planning for a transition you are going through, working towards or need support and guidance to figure out. Finding a way through different systems all at once is hard enough without adding salt to the wound, lets figure it out, lets process, lets find your own system that works for your plan!
Professional Consultation — from $125 / 60 min
Geared towards expanding professional awareness, creating guidance or learning more of the scope when working with other professionals on projects, programs, or events. This expands to start-ups and organizations - No one gives us a template after college on what to do nor a crash course in how to exactly go about it. The "What's Next" is not just you, its a valid thought!'
Community Access Rates — limited reduced-fee spaces available
Limited Community Access rates are available for LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent clients experiencing financial barriers. No proof of diagnosis or financial documentation is required. If the standard rate is manageable for you, paying it helps keep reduced-rate spaces available for others.
PACKAGES
4-Session Coaching Package — $320
Four 50-minute coaching sessions with continuity across sessions and option to expand if you feel you need more time or would like to add new goals. This is for individualized goal tracking across multiple times to support in practice and the development of a longer-term plan.
4-Session Executive Function & Skill-Building Package — $285
Four 50-minute skill building sessions with continuity across sessions and option to expand if you feel you need more time to fine-tune, practice or rearrange as needed.
